Kenil Soni and his family have been deeply involved in agriculture for many years. Practicing a hands-on approach of nurturing the vines and producing outstanding grapes comes easily for Ken with his background. His belief is that the art of making fine wine begins in the vineyard. The proper care of the vines is a yearlong labor that begins after harvest and and continues until harvest. The result of personal attention to the grapes is outstanding wine.
